Rates quoted through this website or by our desk are indicative until confirmed in writing. Unless a rate contract says otherwise, a quotation is valid for seven days and remains subject to grade availability at the plant at the time the order is confirmed.
An ex-works rate prices the goods at the plant gate; freight is billed as a separate figure and still applies. A delivered rate includes movement to the agreed unloading point. Where you send your own vehicle, the vehicle number must be provided before loading begins.
An order is confirmed once acknowledged through our order management system and is subject to your credit position at that time. Delivery timelines are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by plant availability, transport conditions, weather and statutory restrictions.
Material is supplied in the manufacturer’s original packing with the applicable test certificates. Claims relating to quantity or visible damage must be raised at unloading and recorded on the delivery challan.
Supply may be billed by Sriratnagiri Traders LLP or by any other GST-registered firm within the Sri Ratnagiri Traders group; the invoice names the billing entity. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or in the applicable rate contract, and credit facilities remain subject to review.
Brand names and grade lists are shown for identification of what we distribute and remain the property of their respective manufacturers. Manufacturer specifications prevail over anything stated here.
